So good experience having spent time in IKEA in buying stuffs .Mahmoud Sobhy from the Lighting department really helped me show all the different types of lights they have and all the smart lighting system ...his English made me communication so comfortable... absolutely in love with the staff and the store too !

Its was a great day @ IKEA !Its really a special world of everything,You just enter there and you forget everything outside the building,Also if you feel hungry?Dont worry, in the second floor you will find a variety of hot special delicious meals that will satisfy all different needs,although the portion became too small but you can take a different refill drinks as well if you still feeling hungry 😋.

A perfect place for whatever you want for home furniture, accessories, decor items and kitchenware. Coffee, food and snacks are available for customers convenience with a great decorated atmosphere. Its a good place for hangingout and changing your mood. Just taking a tour inside the store, grab some cheap items for fun, afterwards, behind cashiers desk you can take an ice cream or a sandwich on their high chairs. This experience will makeup your mind and give you some refresh. Try also their as is section for reduced price goods.

Worst service ever..I bought something and it didnt match my home space so I decided to return it, I was surprised first by the question that its opened and against the policy to return it although it was never assembled and only one part was out of the box and returned back in the right order, so whats the point of having a return policy if I am not able to check that the item matches my home space.Secondly is that they dont have much stock in place, I wanted 2 different items in 2 different days and they asked me to pay for it and wait for 2 hours till they arrive from a nearby store they have.Lucky me I never waited cause there phone call came for the first item the second day and for the second item after 4 hours.

Etc.The cafe and restaurant are very good with nice quality of food and taste.Helpful staff.But its smaller than that at Cairo Festival city.

Horrible experience! No social distancing nor face mask being enforced, customer service area has more than 10 counters, only one was in operation, also less than half of the check out counters where operation although there were long queues. Complete carelessness and disorganisation. What a shame, even ikea!Ofcourse beside the fact that so many products are missing, im not sure that is completely their fault but they definitely can do better in logistics management. Regrettably did not take any photos of the chaos!

Im a fan of IKEA in general, but this particular branch is somewhat maze-like. Too confusing for first time visitors, but I suppose you get your bearings after a while. Most of the staff are very helpful, a few were stingy with answers/directions.

They have really good soda machine where you could buy a cup for 20 pounds and refill it once you are done

Basically a maze and I need to walk a long way to exit. I ate there and I had the baked chicken parmesan dish with pasta. The pasta was a bit undercooked and the food was red sauce was not very good. However the place has excellent items to purchase.

Everything you might expect from IKEA amazing solutions for your home. Great team and services. Great kids areas. (Prices in Egypt are sometimes double the prices found in the USA but... this is Egypt expect to pay big bucks premium on imported goods)

My worst Ikea experience. İ went there for an only item and had not much time. But I had to follow all the arrows and walk all the way in the store. The staff did not help me to easily reach to the cashier/check out. İ first think that there is no other way but İ realized very late there are Doors between walls which creates shortcuts but staff did not tell me and caused an important time loss

I like the Mill I can almost find everything I need there, the only thing is missing is the info table to show visitors where to go and shops they are looking for 😀

Better than the one in CFC as ut is more modern abd cuter. But it is a lot smaller. Many items are missing. Staff are overworked and not enough.Food was BAD

The place is delicious, but there are problems when arriving at the cashier and I was I expect the most important products for the kitchen and there are no instructions to reach the cashier and this is very tiring most of the time I was heading to the cashier only

Ikea designs always simple but elegant. It is good place for all what you need at home and ideas for design. Also their food court is good. It is great now that they have it in Zayed. The missing star because it is expensive compared to ikeas abroad.

IKEA is now on the Giza side in Sheikh Zayed. Small area with little products.Waiting for their new giant extension.

Well the furniture is great, but if you gonna design something like a kitchen or a corner in your home. Youd better follow up quite closely. They could put in the design things that are not in stock, or add things that wont match the rest of the accessories, its a bit of a nightmare. People in general are friendly and polite .

Ikea is amazing. Walking there, you just keep on buying things that you did not plan on buying 😂 so bring some extra cash, or a credit card 💸. Also, a nice tip: some offers are only found online. So, you can order it online and pick it up from the nearest branch, their online delivery is MEH!😏

Spacious with a variety of every thing one could need to furnish a house. Tidy, cosy with a hospitable staff. However, it would be nice if they display the map of the place in several points of the store or make it availabe on an app.

Nothing to complain about, its actually quite the same as the other branch in cairo Festival city. The place is well organised, has good quality furniture. Bedrooms, kitchens , living rooms but Im not quite familiar with the prices. It has a built-in cafeteria and a restaurant. Note: you should try the vanilla ice-cream that they serve. 😋

I really loved it. Finally it is getting shorter in commute for those living in West Cairo and Alexandria.It is really spacious and they are taking care of the cleanliness of the place as well as the precautions for COVID.The kitchen in the 2nd floor is really amazing, food quality is great, clean and the staff is really helpful.

Very nice and wonderful new location in Zayed city. Home furniture variety and to some extent the quality is considerably less than in other countries I have visited. IKEA management is probably underestimating purchasing power of its Egyptian visitors. Noticeably also the quality of food at its upper Floor eatery is much less than that of IKEA in other countries!! They should consider hiring better chefs.

Superb! I like the new location and the new extension of Mall of Arabia. IKEA has the same consistent experience with the other branches which makes it easy to navigate.

My experience was not the usual IKEA experience that I have overseas.The cashier that did not have a line... says to me... this line is for cash only and blue IKEA bag buyers. I was going to pay cash and did not need a bag for my five plastic containers.So I had to go to another line.I went upstairs to eat. I ordered the chicken schnitzel and fries. Both were cold. I went back and asked for the manager.He did make me a fresh hot meal.Not a smooth visit.

Extremely long line to check out. Getting out is like getting out of a maze. Arrows on the floor barely seen among the crowded/condensed stacks of merchandise. Almost impossible to have two carts go side by side. Went to buy a good quality chair and get out in 5 mins ended up spending almost an hour just trying to get out 🙃 needs extension and may be redecoration. Merchanise is of good quality though, needed to blow some steam out from that experience.

The place is so nice, the staff is so helpful, the only bad thing about IKEA is the high price
