Phone customer service needs improvement, the woman that we communicated with to book was rude and when we went there we didnt find our bookingRegistration could be simpler.location is convenient to whom live near mohandesin, sheikh zayed and 6 of October.People there are very nice and informative .The cars are okay yet they could use more maintenance.Overall The karting experience was okay compared to what your paying.

After calling and they said there was 20% discount on weekdays when i arrived they said the offer is cancelled and they were indifferent. I am really disaponted.
