The place is overrated.Its over crowded and theres no space to sit, and even if you found a seat you feel like the other people around you is sharing your privacy.Ive ordered Turkish coffee with milk and it was normal.Also Ive tried caramel cheesecake and it was superb.

Extremely efficient service and impeccable STRONG coffee. While it may look a bit more functional and less palace-like than Delices (behind the corner), coming here is a much better investment of time and money.

Friendly atmosphere.Lower floor with no chairs for a quick coffee.Upper floor with trivial added fee with seating that is fairly close to each other, so not suitable for families with small children.Higher prices during important soccer matches.One of my favourite places. Just be careful the table will not take both the drink and a laptop at the same time.Highly recommended.

The best coffee beans ever. I tried several ones serving coffee in Alex and outside, every time I love it more and more. The store added new part of Souvoneurs-handmade and handicrafts to be tried mostly. Also, they have a quite amazing part of coffee-made tools and small machines like mocha pot and french press with different sizes and reasonable prices. The staffs there are smily and lovely not all, but fine 3 or more are helpful and welcoming well.

The place is beautiful, the staff are amazingly good, I wouldve given them the 5th star if they served A-class coffee but they dont, its better than the average though.

Whats the fuss about this place anyway?? Iced latte wasnt iced coffee it was blended like a frappe which is ridiculous and wasnt at all drinkable. The Turkish coffee was not good either. Tasteless coffee.

Not what it used to be years ago. Modern yes. But coffee and related coffee based drinks taste like it has a hint of some cleaning stuff in the water. They claim to have filter for water, but it doesnt taste less than a hint of chlorine in it. Local non brand coffee taste like a coffee.

Despite the fact that I ordered to dine in, the staff didn’t accept me to eat upstairs, where you can use tables. The reason is, it’s the same cafe but they charge differently than downstairs. How the hell i’d know that. Now i am eating my breakfast downstairs while standing! Makes no sense.

Honestly not recommendedThe Brazilian coffee store used to be a good place to drink a coffee and take a dessert but not anymore.I went there with my friends several times in the last years so I based my review on long experience , honestly its level is decreasing dramatically, the coffee is not good at all and the dessert is not tasty only sugars with no taste and the food is just bread with very little filling.The staff is not professional and the utensils are not that clean.The overall experience is not good , and I dont recommend anyone looking for a good coffee or good dessert to go there .

I love this place because it is a very old place in Alexandria and i used to drink ice chocolate from there since decades. And it tastes the same. On of the places any person should visit Alexandria should go. It is located in the heart of Alexandria. They have the same staff since long time. Some of the people working there have been the same for the past 20 years.

It was a great place but now its needs some upgrades.

This shop is great for foreigners. The menu is in both Arabic and English and the prices are reasonable. The drinks and dessert were great. You can buy fresh grounded coffee there and the decoration and sphere is awesome. I have 2 points for improvement, which are more space is needed so you could have a seating. Also some kind of rail at the stairs, I felt pretty vulnerable when I was taking on a chair and the stairs were just behind me. I could fall at any moment.

My favorite spot in Alex for coffee and desert. Not the most amazing desert as there are better places in Alex but its a great place to get a cake or tart and a nice cup of hot chocolate. The service is fast which is admirable given how busy the place always is. The crowd is trendy and there are usually more than a couple of smokers so I wouldnt exactly recommend bringing kids but some people do. Amazing spot overall. Make sure to tip because they dont add service charge to the bill.
