Everyone treated me very kindly. They answered all my questions and it was a very simple process, or at least they made it feel like that!Your application status in the website updates perfectly. I submitted my application at 10:30 am and at 17 pm it was already in the embassy. Great service so far.

TLS staff are not professional or even organized. They did get things wrong. They mixed up my documents and as a result of that they didn’t get my invitation letter scanned and submitted with my application.They are not helpful at all. Even when I asked for a confirmation or an evidence that my invitation letter will be attached to my application the didn’t provide anything.

Terrible experience. Booked the appointment 10:30 but when I went they told me the appointment was for 13:30. They charged me more money than agreed on the website. When I forgot certain paper work they let me out to bring it- but at the enterance again they asked me to pay more money?Just terrible service

Very bad experience in TLS - France visa: the employee insisted on changing our application to premium although we were not missing any important document. Although we paid premium the waiting time was 2.5 hours! Also insisting on taking new photos although the ones presented are not old. The most important thing in TLS is to collect money.

The place is very well maintained and clean. Their condition is perfect,Toilets are clean as well.Organisation is well. however, have asked for Premium Lounge where a selection of complimentary refreshments were missing.time for scanning all document of all applicants take too long.I finished the submission of the required docs in minutes and wait more than an hour for the finger print.Thank you and wish you all the best

Hello,How am I supposed to get an appointment when:1. You post new appointments on the website randomly without any announced scheduling.2. You only post a couple of appointments every couple of days when there are literally hundreds of people waiting for appointments.3. You do not allow booking via email or phone.4. You dont even have enough people to handle the calls to your call center.Do you know that some people charge money to handle the appointment booking on behalf of the applicants? Thats how difficult it is to get an appointment!Youre simply unequipped to handle the tasks delegated to you by the German embassy, I never had any similar trouble when I was getting my papers legalized at the embassy itself a couple of years ago. Now Im literally dedicating most of my time trying to catch an appointment and its been a week now to no avail. Ill make sure to make my opinion heard by the embassy, hopefully they will reconsider this delegation after the Corona effects have subsided.Thank you.

The application process was simple and smooth although they did not mention any information regarding when the process should be completed. Though I am aware that you are not responsible for the outcome of the visa application. I was at TLS in Mohandessin applying for the UK visa.My issue is with the CUSTOMER SERVICE after the biometrics appointment. I have been trying to contact TLS for 4 days with no outcome. Each time I call the hotline, somebody answers and then hangs up. I have sent numerous messages through the TLS website and have not received any response.It has been more than 3 weeks since my biometrics appointment and I have still not received my visa or any information regarding the status of my visa.This is wildly inconvenient and stressful for me and my family. I URGENTLY need my passport back!!

I want my passport otherwise I am going to take legal action. The visa processed ages ago and still no response regarding my visa. On the app it says ready for delivery ... But Im still waiting??????No one to contact. And even I complain here, because theres no phone or email that replies, Im given automatic copy paste replies.This is ridiculous and I am losing so much money deferring my flight and telling pcrs and the university can only be so patient with me being this late. Very unpleasant experience. The only good thing is the helpless staff who try to help you but their powers are very limited. Appointment booking makes no sense.They obligate you with additional fees and they claim that it is to limit covid, although the place gets very crowded and the spaces are so little. Go there if you want to pay lots of money to waste your time and get covid!

The location is very busy and no parking places. Please move it to a more convenient place. They offer overpriced services like scanning even one paper will cost 600 Egyptian pounds. They do not state clear that old passport scan is required and after u go their with your old passport they ask you to scan it and pay extra 600 Egyptian pounds for nothing !!!!! No enough sitting places and no signs on chairs for social distancing. Lazy to correct their typing mistake in my address and said the courier will call and I can tell them then the correct address.

- You can’t say that they have a customer service over the phone , because you have to struggle only to reach them-Everything is overpriced and they offer their premium services which is paying extra overstated money for getting nothing- Just to log in to my account on their website, i have to keep putting my credentials hundred of times hoping to get lucky and login same as trying to reach their call center .- If you made it to your account and after a long run of choices and buttons to click , you will never be able to take an appointment.

A horrible company. They were treating us in a very rude way and due to technical problems I had to wait for 10 hours to just have my file checked and give them my fingerprint. Remarkable Improvement. The office is renovated, chairs are more comfortable, bathrooms cleaner. Staff became more friendly, the waiting time reduced significantly. In a nutshell the office overall became more efficient than a couple of years ago.

After uploading the documents online on the web, Our tiny recommendation to allow the applicants to either resubmit supporting documents or add extra documents. The second issue, I think it is important, is a consular meeting. This would be very helpful to clarify many issues.

TLSNeglect and unprofessional treatment I handed my son’s certificate for authentication at the Belgian embassy by TLS and the employee told me we will send the papers to you as soon as we receive them from the embassy. that was Wednesday, August 26.I received a message from TLS on Sunday6,septerber that the certificate is in TLS and I can receive it, so I called them and they told me that they would send it with TNT as it was agreed, but they did not send it and I tried to contact them, but they did not answer the calls until Wednesday.and they told me We will send it with TNT . I told them that I will travel on Sunday morning to Belgium and I have to take the certificate with me. She told me: Dont worry, we will send it. I told her for sure. She said: Yes TLS didnt send the certificate and it is with them and I will travel without the certificate and the deadline for submitting papers is 16th September What to do Whose complaint TLS closed tomoroe and Saturday dont know what to do

Parking is a nightmare!The employee at desk 5 was very helpful and friendly, did not catch his name, but Id like to thank him.Regarding the biometrics, I do not know how is this employee still working?! (there are many other negative reviews about her!)She is very unfriendly, impatient and rude!She tells me to take off my glasses and to look at the camera, and when I ask her where the camera is, she doesnt answer and blows air. And afterwards she doesnt answer my questions and instead looks at me with disgust?!If she doesnt know how to deal with customers/people, then she should be trained or reassigned to an administrative role.

The visa center is very good. But the new submission process (self assisted service) is not clear. Need more clear steps on the website.Also it was not clear that they will not take the old passport and that I need to upload it with the other documents. They made it extremely difficult for me to print my checklist despite allowing a family of 4 in front of me in the queue to send their checklists to an employees email to print them out for them. It is honestly such a disgraceful move!The lady who took my application and scanned my passport was absolutely lovely and friendly I must say! Thank you! However, the lady with a scarf doing the biometrics part is extremely bossy and just not that friendly, she was acting like she was in a rush, didnt like the way she spoke to me one bit!I must say, they have a lot to improve on as theyre clearly not the best to provide high quality customer service despite paying £100 just simply for their services (Prime customer).I hope you read this and try to see that this is constructive criticism rather than a personal attack. Quick, easy and clear. I think you can be more specific in asking for printed documents. For slef service, I printed three documents (as mentioned in my confirmation email) and you only used one. Apart from this paper waste, my experience was smooth.

The new online admission system is neither clear nor user friendly.Every step is tricky and pushing you to add unnecessary paid services.After uploading my documents nothing was shown on the system and they asked me to either reupload or pay for the assisted service (found this problem with another customers when I was there).The staff is really helpful within the system limitations

There are 2 experiences , one is filling the application online and the second part was to physically be there at the visa office ( Cairo). Filling the application online was incredibly easy until I got to the part of having to submit my documents by scanning them from my mobile phone. In this step i encountered difficulties in uploading the documents and once i think i made the mistake of pushing the submit button too soon which resulted in being unable to send the rest of the needed documents. This resulted unfortunately in having to pay around 560 EGP at the visa center to be helped with the online submission of the documents. Other than this the appointment was very easy , efficient and quick. The staff are really excellent , polite , helpful and very well trained .

After completing the application via GOV.UK and being redirected to TLSContact website to book my appointment, it tells you to choose a location to submit your biometrics and in Egypt; it was either Cairo or Alexandria...It didnt give you full information that using Alexandria center has more fees as it is considered as a priority center and you cant get back in your option once you proceeded. You need to be more honest, transparent and informative.

I was really very much impressed while attending my appointment at the UK visa application centre in Cairo on 27 May 2019 at 09:00 hrs. Management was perfect, staff were very supportive and kind. I believe all my self-uploaded documents were checked before my appointment, it did not take more than 15 minutes to complete the entire process. Went to apply for a UK Student Visa, and the lady at the biometrics desk was incredibly rude and impatient! She got so angry when I asked where is the camera on the ceiling. It was a tiny camera. She responded do you see any other camera?!! She also said can you stay still because you are wasting my time! When I blinked in the first photo. Honestly she seemed like a miserable person, and she really shouldnt be working with customers.

Everything is good for UK, except that my locker 26 didn’t open with its key. Also, I came 15 min earlier as requested in the email but I was asked to wait those 15 min standing outside under the stairs, which I couldn’t stand without a chair. The experience was very bad! Its very difficult to browse the visa website and find your route to the application. The process changed in less than 6 months without anything mentioning clearly on the page that using the Self Service means that you need to upload all your documents online and if you did not then you have to pay extra of around $75! I did the whole process 8 months ago and this was not the case! They specifically mentioned that you need to print all your documents. If there is a change in the process this has to be clearly mentioned on the website and not to charge people extra money for that! When we received the email for collecting the passports there was a link for the working hours, the first thing you find is opening hours are from 8 AM - 1 PM and we went to collect the passports at 9 before work they said no only from 1 PM to 4 PM! Everything should be easier, more user friendly and to the point!

I selected a next day appointment for my application and it only said this is a chargeable slot. It didn’t show how much it cost ? And after selection it turned out to charge a fortune1600 Egyptian pounds . I realised that was more than I could afford and clicked the option to amend, yet it said you can amend date but you won’t get a refund! I had to proceed despite my discontent! The same thing happened with my sister when she was applying for Visa and selected a Centre that charged too much and couldn’t go back to amend the option.Finally after paying that amount for a premium lounge service, I was surprised that they didn’t offer a print service. I had documents to print from my email and had to do it elsewhere .Especially that I had to pay more money around 540 Egyptian pounds for the scanning and upload service, which again I think is too much, unless they provide video guidance to self upload as I was too scared to miss anything.I hope you take my suggestions into consideration in order to make the Visa application process easier. Overall, it’s always been a very stressful experience to apply for UK Visa , much more than any other Visa .

One of the worst experiences ever in a VAC. I arrived on time for my appointment and when it was my turn to enter the security personnel asked me to move over for a whole family coming from behind me for no specific reason. The actual application centre was jam packed with other applicants with no place to sit or even priority seats for elderly or people who really need seats like women with babies. I dont know why bother having appointments every half an hour on your online website when it took me almost 2 hours to finish the whole process. The lady that took my paperwork was nice and helpful though.

I have a bit problem with the attitude of one of the employees when I asked him about something that he did, his answer was like thats how it is, if you dont like it take it back and dont apply here!!However when I got inside and I asked the same question to the desk officer on the counter, she was very nice and she explained the reason behind the way they do it the way the guy did. So I think it could have been better if he spoke to me in a nice way without trying to use his position and use the need of the visitors for taking their visas, as if its a chance for him to treat them that way and he knows that nobody can object.

Very smooth process to be honest. My only observation is the copy center in the next door building should not staple the documents as the TLS Center removes the staples every single time. So dont staple your documents! Also make sure you count the papers printed/copied as they make mistakes in calculations. Otherwise the center is top notch.
