Worse driver ever seen in my life drove like we were all cattle on top of overtook all cars in the road a extreme speed. We nearly had panic attack and he said he is driving 3 days non stop wanted to go home. Thank God we are alive but you should not employee this individuals that have disregard of human life.

This is a very bad experience with tremendous lack of organization and lack of customer handlingI reserved 2 tickets (VIP) from Cairo to Nuwibaa 1 week ago and paid online as they saidThe bus was supposed to move from Cairo 3:30 am. We moved 5:00 amThe driver took the longest way without asking anyone Cairo-Sharm-Dahab-Nwuibaa while it was super easy to recognize that either Nekhel or Saint Catherine roads are very short compred to what happened.I’ve been going with Hany before We bus since 2012 and was recommending him personally to all my friendsNow totally not recommended to go with them and not to deal with this unprofessional team.

Extremely bad experience- made a booking from Dahab to Cairo and paid 380 for a VIP bus 8 passengers- when riding the bus was a surprise that the bus is a normal bus with 13 passengers- went to the office to complain and refund the difference of money, got a reply that we will call you- went again and got the same reply- in the two times there is no one from the management in the office- now @9:30 AM. Again no one from the management in the office and the branch manager just spoke to me over the phone giving the same talks of we will call you
