The taste of food was tasty. But the service is very poor. We received our food late and upon that it was not HOT.I think if they need to improve their service ALOT ....!

Its delicious food what we ordered but the service is not that much they need to take a lesson of good serving.

Its good restaurant for grilled,syrian food,pastry, desserts,i enjoy the food even it take long time ,it seems like the waiter who do the service for me is new ,he didnt know where is the right place to put the dishes,also he forget my order i think because there is 3 things of our order missing but to be honest they didnt add it to the recipient and i enjoy the food its so tasty

Neat and clean restaurant with many seating places. The air conditioned hall is bright and clean with many staff members working on the clock the serve people.The food was one of the best places we had food at especially the grilled chicken. It was amazing with the parsley covered it on top and the pita bread. The salads was also delicious.I took 2 stars off due to their smoking policy and accessibility to the hall. People are allowed to smoke inside the eating air conditioned closed hall and there will be families with kids and people with asthma and will not be comfortable with people smoking around them. The other thing is the hall is not accessible to elder people due to the steep stairs and there is no elevator to go up.All in all, I do recommend it especially for take away.

Came here for take out. Apparently you cant sit inside without ordering a full meal. No seating outdoors for sandwiches either. This is main reason for not 5 stars. Sandwiches we ordered meat shwarema. The French style. Sandwich was excellent! Full of meat and tasty. Best shwarema I had in Egypt. Would definitely come back!

Food tastes really good, however had a horrendous experience and wont be going there again.After i finished eating and went the bathroom, one of the staff was using the toilet and he went outside Without Washing his hands.

They have great service and the place itself is pretty good, no complaints there. The food is at least as good as any other famous syrian restaurant. Their shawerma fattah though is lacking. Broasted chicken is awesome, much better than others. There are some unique items on the menu that you wont find in other syrian restaurants but they usually turn out to be disappointing, often because of the portion and the price. The service is always good and the food always arrives in reasonable time. Theres also a smoking section.

Makes some of the best Syrian food in Egypt, specially the shawarma. In our visit, all the food was fresh and hot out of the oven, though Im not sure if this was just a coincidence.Prices are near the lower end and the place is always crowded.

This place is very popular around Mohandeseen, I ate at this place a million times and I had it delivered a quadrillion times.It’s simply one of the best Shawerma places in Cairo and their prices are very reasonable. They also have other delicious items on their menu and their grilled chicken is great.However, not everything on the menu is good and their quality is not consistent; sometimes the shawerma isn’t even good. Finally, be prepared to wait for 1 hour or more if you make a home delivery order between 4 to 7 PM.

Great Service compared to price range, they made great difference in the Egyptian food market, always there are standards at Delivery, takeaway or even at Restaurant, Little bit expensive at particular dishes like Fattet Shawerma & Slices of Chicken... Best shawarma with shami bread hands down. Some people dont like pepper in their food and to them I recommend to skip this jewel of a restaurant. You must try their shawarma and hummus.

Very tasty, trustable, lively restaurant with clean and amazingly delicious food. I eat from them one to two times a week and Ive never been disappointed, except for a few times when the service is slow or if the delivery comes late. Prices are very appropraite.

Best Arabic food restaurant ever

Although the place is small and isnt that neat, but I swear they make of the most delicious syrian food. I especially enjoy the grilled Kofta as a meal of a wrap, Shawarma extra meal, Shish Tawooq meal, Hawawshi with pomegranate syrup.

Very crowded.. Staff are overwhelmed with orders and food wasnt great.. They gave me wrong sandwiches and had to revise the order 3 times before I can get the correct 3 items that I ordered!!!
