Seoudi Market is my favorite supermarket. Contains variety of good products, has friendly staff, and the shop is very clean.

So nice place for shopping but, unfortunately you cant find everything you want

Its a series of hypermarket, what make it special is prices, the products not only for Egyptians but also foreigners can find similar products like they find at their countries . Always clean and staff are friendly and give assistant

I’ve visited this branch several times, what fought my attention is that staff won’t even answe to your inquiries if one of their regular customers is inline, even if you arrived before they do....Many times your inquiries would go unanswered and neglected by staff.!!!

You may find some imported products thats hard to find anywhere else in downtown Cairo but the prices are way higher than the rest.Even for locally produced products, their prices are about 20 to 40% higher.Dont go there unless you have to.

I went today to the bakery department and no one there were wearing gloves or fac masks (god knows what goes inside) and when i asked the guy why werent they wearing at least facemasks. He just laughed and wore one.

Ahmed Orabi branch is my favourite market ever, literally I find there everything I need, the best ever.

My place for grocery shopping. I go there pick the stuff I need and ask them to deliver it.The pros is that they have good variety.The cons is that specific store is two levels with narrow passages and no why to take the cart upstairs. You can only shop in small baskets upstairs with all the cleaning products, tissues, cups and glasses and even small appliances; and this is so much inconvenience buy the staff will over help

Your staff is TERRIBLE!1) One of your staff passed by me and touched my butt: SEXUAL HARRASSMENT2) when they pass by you at the store they expect US to make room for THEM: AGGRESSIR AND NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED3) they speak and fight loudly in front of customers: UNCIVILIZED4) on several occasions when I asked for modifications to my order before it was processed they started exhaling loudly and rolling their eyes: ATTITUDE PROBLEM5) They are ALWAYS begging for money: simple, you have either HIRED BEGGARS, UNDERPAY YOUR HIGHLY INCOMPETENT STAFFNot suitable for a supermarket with such a high mark up on their productsInvest in your staff. Take actions when necessary. And TRAIN them!This applies to the Sphinx sq. Branch!In Sheikh Zayed things are much better, clearly indicating you descriminate between your clients based on socioeconomic standards even though the prices are the same throughout!

You can find almost everything. Prices from upper moderate to high but the quality is very good. Staff is very helpful.
