One of if not the most horrible experiences I ever had with a retail store or a bazaar, zero professionalism when it comes to handling orders and getting back to the customer, zero correspondence between the store and the shipping agency or company, plus the store never notify you on any updates so that you have an idea about the progress of your shipmentor order, nor they do care in the first place, they never inform you that they are using Jumias services ( An online marketplace that sells variety of goods, where the store has a page there which hosts their merchandise) instead they deal with it as if its a shipping company which it is not but they never mention this?! Never did really understood that, so anyways if the order you placed earlier which took forever to be on the road reaches you somehow with a courier, theyll notify you at the very same day, no previous notifications so that at least you can be ready with your payment method or amount, and when the courier shows up he calls you but he claims he has no idea where you are located, he also says he has no knowledge whatsoever about whats in the package he is about to deliver to you!!! Which I think is risky, basically you are going to receive a package that has no information on its box, and you dont know whats inside, whether its your order or not, which I believe is dangerous. Now if you try to call or message the retailer they will almost never answer you, instead theyll send you a message after 2 or even 3 days claiming you havent received their package and now you have to deal with the shipping company (which is an online marketplace not an actual shipping company), they never apologised for waisting my time, nor for their unprofessional attitude, and nor for the long wait, which tells much about the retailer. Of course the shipping company just puts you on the hold or ask you to go back and call the retailer!!!!!! Such mess! Customer service from online marketplace company they deal with was a bad experience, and like I stated earlier the retailer never answers, he might call you afterwards to ask you why havent you received their product??! This place is a no no for me 👎🏻👎🏻
