One of the worst imaging centers you can ever find, and heres why:1. First; the printed receipt states clearly that you will receive an SMS with a link to your imaging result as soon as its ready. No SMS was received (I will tell you why in next point).2. Fourth, they insist to abuse the service codes related to their contract with Medical syndicate in order to raise the cost, where I had a long argument with a rude agent of their call-center called Shorouq who was insisting that no single code is available to reserve for Both knees MRI. I informed her about the proper code description (MRI both Joints - Lower) as per the handbook of my syndicate and she denied having such code, so I made her speak to one of her colleagues at the reception in Safa tower who gave her the code number (8064) as per their system, then she ended up saying Im not sure if that code applies to both knees. How ignorant !!5. Finally, after refuting her claim; and in retaliation, she kept me on hold for half an hour on phone till the call automatically ended from their side. This is how their call-center agents treat their customers!
