Wouldnt recommend at allRooms without towels or toilet paper,sinks and bath are cracked and stained WiFi doesnt work , the key cards dont work, no water to drink, no cattle or heater no coffee or tea nothing , air conditioner doesnt work and staff doesnt respond to your complain

I had great view and the room space was fine. Staff could be improved and they should learn to smile more. Security is very high to annoying level. Some of the staff are exceptionally professional

A real disaster , horrible hotel , I didnt see like this before , staying there was a big mistake , not clean , very old furniture and carpets , bathroom was very old and bad , I wont forget room 406 forever , I dont know how could be a hotel like this in that premium location

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and all I can say we really enjoyed our time. Location is very good and taxi can really easily find to the hotel. It Is next to Nile. Our balcony was located for backyard and we preferred because traffic noise would be too much if we had balcony with Nile view. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Staff over all was really professional and also cleaning lady did good work. I would give 8/10. Minus points would come from bathroom, it needed good cleaning. Bedsheets also would have been better. Breakfast was okey and all was fresh.We can really recommend this hotel and next time we will Book this hotel again.

I cant describe enough how this hotel need a change of staff and improvement of rooms windows.All the staff except for reception keep looking at you and sweet talk so they can get tips. It feels like a video game when you keep trying to avoid people so they dont ask for tips. The most staff that made me uncomfortable were the security guards which I was shocked that they found out whats my name and kept saying hi and pushing a lot of sweet words so they can get tips. Its disgusting really.I booked the Nile view rooms which were a huge mistake. Even if the windows are closed the horns of the cars will ensure you restless sleepless nights. I asked to change my room and they said they can put me in the city view rooms which are cheaper but they cant refund or compensate me in any way for the balance. Never ever in this hotel again.Also one hotel staff was shouting outside in the corridor at his colleague telling them to bring something. I was shocked really I mean cant he go and tell him quietly what he needs I stead of shouting and waking up everyone. This is extreme low class service and I think the whole staff should be changed and get people with manners and courtesy and proper hotel service.

It was a mix of good and bad experiences that made itokay. The staff was polite and accommodating but there were some problems one-on-one with the maids and front security which was from a class of cultures mostly. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

You have to watch for whats called economy room, I didnt see this when I booked my room and I endup getting something really bad. Old carpet, bad odor, city view. All this wasnt clearly mentioned in the reservation site I used, and there wasnt any other available rooms to replace, so i end up leaving the hotel. I have a big concern about the safety of the elevator, the door will not stop and may just crash you if you walk slow in and out the elevator, Im not sure how this was approved!?Also, the restaurant need to be cleaner!

The staff were all very friendly. The room on the Nile side is very very very loud, even at night. I changed the room to the back side on the second day. Of course you have to wait for available room if you want to change the room. Breakfast was great!

I stayed for 3nights for work ..well first the location is dynamic, safe and so nice.. The reception staff were really friendly and professional .. Ms Sally and Mr. Hossam and Mr. Ahmed .. I appreciate their efforts.And Zainab, the housekeeper was polite and friendly ..I was afraid of comments when I read .. But actually Stuff are very cooperative .. I also asked for strong lighting And immediately one of them changed the lights.The room was clean but the air conditioning was disrupted from time to time unfortunately ... and there is no hair dryer in the bathroom .. breakfast was good . And lunch was delicious.

Very old and dusty furniture, horrible room service, the phone was busted the entire 2 weeks i stayed there and nobody did anything to fix it despite being informed constantly. The staff are only expecting to be tipped for doing absolutely nothing.At first we didnt have hot water, and the shower would constantly blast water at you for 5 seconds and then die for about 5 seconds, not to mention the bathtub had stains.The TV had like 7 channels. No satellite channels just cable.The only reason i didnt give it a 1 star is due to its location and price.

Location is fascinating, but if you are searching for a place for your engagement or wedding party, it is not recommended at all.Design of hall is very bad.It is narrow and just enough for maximum two hundred persons.It may be responsible for engagement or birthday party but it is not a good choice for wedding party.My review is only for wedding hall as I didnt stay in the hotel it self.

I booked at this hotel because it was close to my Examination center.I told them i will arrive between 8-9 amBut i wait at the reception till 11:30am to check in !the hotel has very active location But the worst!I stayed for 6 nights at the 4th floor with nile view.There was 3 disco’s (kabareah) in front of the hotel with very very very loud noisy music alllllll the night till 6:30am.I swear I couldn’t sleep or study 3 days prior to my exam. It was a nightmare for me. The hotel reception tried to help by changing the room to city view but I refused. Cuz I already payed.Also, the furniture was old and dirty. My bed was broken, The stairs are not clean and full of old broken furniture!!!There is only tow elevators and 11 or more floors !!!!!! It’s always lateThe reception, restaurant, room service, and housekeeping were good.

Cockroaches, rooms without towels or toilet paper, rooms that dont get cleaned, chipped paint on the sinks, WiFi that doesnt work and you need a different password and network for every floor, the key cards dont work, the lock on the balcony door is broken. Add on top of that how loud it is 24/7 given its location right along a busy street... I would never recommend anyone stays here.

Although there was some inconvenience at the beginning but things changed and the prooved that they are 4 star service. The hotel is located by the nile river and considered cheap to other luxurious hotels.

Its a cool place to be though the hotel doesnt offer alcohol. The breakfast is however fantastic.
