The Gym as a gym isnt bad, but it is such a disgrace that an international gym would be that unprofessional,I wanted to join for a month, so they have told me there is a sand bag and that I can workout in any branch I just need my ID to be out,first of all there was no sand bag, second of all the ID took 5 days and every day they are telling me tomorrow, until yesterday they told me for one month joiners there is no ID and you cant use other gyms.I know they might be looking to increase there sales but the original based golds Gym MUST keep its standard and to have transparent and decent way of raising sales not to promise what cant be delivered just to make people sign and then tell them its non refundable, very cheap.

The place is quite good and has all the necessary machines. The changing rooms are a bit run down though. It is also a bit crammed and the trainers are not very friendly. I have had to change the gym. Although it was pretty close to home, I did not feel comfortable over there.

I’m a member of Gold’s Gym Kattameya Club and as I was in the area decided I should drop by for a quick workout.This gym is extraordinary poor. The staff are both rude and arrogant. There was no towel service as the towels had not arrived from the laundrette. The cardio facilities are extremely limited and many of the machines are broken/badly maintained. The showers, sauna and steam room STANK and there were visible layers of filth in the shower edges.

The gym offers very nice classes with well trained professionals but there is no variety of classes anymore, the machines are not always working and the ladies area is a mess. Also they never clean matts. Overall its ok but could be way better.

Not yet called golds gym. Now its related to world gym

The place full of a spirit: spirit of sport & growth. Super atmosphere if you want to train and develop. Though I did not like receptionists, girls were always unpolite. In addition, trainers have lack of communication skills and not that much client oriented. It is not only Golds Gym issue, but seems across the whole Egypt :( What is really good: variety of machines and classes + additional equipment, lady zone and almost always free in the evening calss room. What could be improved: stuff attitude and it seems that Golds Gym needs more space or extension. As the place is very popular and in pick hours it is super crowded. Overall, this is the best gym Ive seen in Egypt in Mohandseen so far

The place is wide and clean and sanitized, it has lots of machines and cross fit area + break area and 3 shower, steam and sauna as well and a jacuzzi
