I was really disappointed with the after sale services of Vota which I was not expecting from such known company.I have purchased a grill type 2011 on 16th of April 2020 and after the first use of the grill it losts its painting from inside and outside and the metal sheet (which seems not to be galvanized) becomes unprotected and badly affected. In order to avoid having hole(s) in the grills bottom, I decided not to use it again and to call the customer service.In spite of the fact that the contact person Rania was very cooperative, decent and quick acting but she didnt get any positive answer from the technical team, in contrary they told her that the client didnt use a layer of sand to protect the metal sheet before putting the coal which is unacceptable answer unless it was written as instruction in a manual delivered with the grill (which is not the case). She told me also that they suggested for me to buy a spare part of the grills container!!I was expecting that they will simply take the container and repair the painting with zero cost since they have a production line and such repair will cost nothing in terms of time and money compared to the image of the company in the market.Finally, even though the product seems to be of good quality, Ill not recommend it to anyone since it is a one time use product.

It’s prefect grills , enjoy your favorite grilled taste with that unique product also the original garden tools are more useful, but the size of shezlong is too small
