Their products are medicore at best. their customer service agents are polite but they dont take any action and problems are left unsolved. I ordered an L-shaped sofa from them with cushions and they delivered the cushions with the wrong color and when I requested a repacement they never delivered the right ones back and I basically just paid for items I did not receive. after a couple of years now I can clearly see how their manufacturing quality is hideous. I would never recommend them to anyone.
