This is for their new branch in Mohandesen, Giza.Its a different kind of a gym using a new tech in training known as EMS from i-motion Spain.The place is really neat, nice, & clean.The crew is really friendly, welcoming, & very helpful and most important they know exactly what they are doing well.You can have an intense 20-25 minutes training session with a personal trainer which is really equivalent to a two - three hours session in a regular gym and diffinitly youll feel the difference.Youll have your InBody analysis in your first session and your personal trainer will provide your exact matching diet.Its a little pricey compared to a normal gym, however, you need to consider the new effective tech and the personal trainer.Highly recommend and worth to try👍Youll save time and gain mussels 💪🏋️
