Everything is beautiful as usual but my wallet much lighter after my visit to Massimo Dutti...but hell, I am happier 😊

Had very bad experience after I bought 3 suits I left for the tailor I send some one for pick it up they put all suits in one hanger and all suits were crushed and squished together I do not recommend this store and I dont think I will buy again. If I bought from carrefour I think I would deserve better treatment

I usually go to Massimo’s premise at CFC, the service and attentiveness is rather mediocre, and they never answer the phone or mobile calls ?? Will file a complaint to the headquarters inSpain as their service in Egypt is not compatible with other services around the world - the staff should be better trained and more professional ....!!!

Had a very bad experience yesterday, staff was not helpful at all the only time that they have approached me was at the fitting room asking to give them the paper on the floor. Cashier name ( Mohamed Taher ) was taking some time while socializing with two ladies in front of him.and when I was looking at him he directly shouted at me and I’m copying his words ( the ladies are not taking long time it’s been only one minute) Instead of extending his apologies and confirm that he will be with me in a minute.As any sales man will be doingNote . I have been dealing with Massimo all over the GCC ( DUBAI, Abu Daniele, Doha and Kuwait) and the was the worst experience I have ever hadDefinitely I’ll never deal with this branch again.
