The usual H&M but the place is a bit small and everything is spread on 3 floors.

I love their clothes really they use good materials and you can find lots of nice and fashionable things,the building has 3 floors (men ,women and kids) but they have an organization problem,and the baby boy collection is small and repetitive ,,however I will always shop there ❤❤

H&M is my go to store when i want to get creative with my clothes and style or whenever i need any type of accessories. However, what i hate about the stores is how disorganized they are and quite messy. I do shop there a lot and i will again of course because it still has my style and a different styles im interested in, and it is really affordable.

H&M Dokkis branch in this address (51 Mohi Al Din Abou Al Ezz, Dokki) Staff should be changed completely I can see that you changed the women who stand , but actually they are worse than the women before them and the cashier guys are too rude...a month ago I was purchasing and I had a question about something concerning my receipt the guy started to be rude and he apologized to the previous customer although my question was just for less than 1 minute , They should teach their members hospitality and how to treat their customers.. Of course in any store in the U.S. this would never happen as I have been to Chicagos, New yorks, and california branches, so you should change the staff members in Egypt...

They put price tags on things and then you find it way too expensive than it says when you checkout. false price tags is their trend. everytime i go there i find this. when i tried to call the number they put on the map here its not even them smh.

Much better than city stars branch , no long que for fitting room & cashier , redeems etisalat points very easy , sizes are available much more than city stars

Very poor quality clothing all made in china with high not reasonable prices even the clothes don’t have the brand name on it which means it is just distributer for many many poor quality manufacturers from China so you will never ever get the same quality every time you buy your itemsMy advice don’t get any thing from that place not more than a socks if you have to.

No money refund in cash as a policy refund is to be done with dedicated card only and to be expired with in a certine dateno connection between branches to know if any goods you need is available at other branch I dont recommend

H&M and all of Alshayaa’s franchise stores do not allow you to make cash refunds which is a clear violation of Egyptian law, I had to put up a fight to get my money back.
