Overpriced - 56 egyptian pounds for a small capuccino.There is no menu on the wall.In my opinion, The coffe is not even that good.The cashier was at the phone and did not attend me until he finished the call.

The Quattro formaggi there is so perfect and delicious you would enjoy every single bite and the crust is delicious too

Nice coffee …. Minimum fee to sit on a chair is 150 Egyptian pounds and they will try to rip you off on top of that. I would say get your coffee and get out .

Coffeeshop Company Egypts Mohandessin branch is one of the worst places to have a coffee or hold a business meeting. Their staff does not live up to the brands image, and their music playlist is depressing. They turn it into a local street coffee shop with overpriced services. I went there to study with friend and when I tried to move to a another table cause there was no social distance between tablesthe waiter told me with very offensive way that I had to pay a minimum charge 150 EGP per paxI asked one of guests sitting near by me and told him did he tell u about the minimum charge he said no.they are unprofessional, biased they put the rules as per their own moods and not treating guest equally

Perfect location, balcony view on lively area.Seems like nobody of the team allowed to smile, sign of terrible management.I ordered many things but couldn’t resist to show you a bad example for organization believe in collecting every penny around.Strawberry juice priced at 35, kiwi juice priced at 45.I ordered to mix both, what do you think the cost should be ?35 if they are kind40 if they are wise45 if they are greedThey charged me 51 !!Can’t describe this kind of people !!!!

I went to this place today with my brother, and after we sat on the table they told there is a 150 LE minimum charge! Guess what we did?! We walked a few steps and went to Starbucks. We are having a great time here. My brothers bill was just 50 LE, and my bill was 75 LE! These guys should know this policy is stupid and will make them lose many many customers! Minimum charge policy is STUPID. They have a nice location but I would never pay 150 just to drink a cup of coffee or a cup of tea.

Unrespectful staff members, the nonsmoking area is in the outdoor balcony or the downstairs unconditioned spaces so they actually dont have a non-smoking space,they apply different minimum charges according to the age-group!!! As they told my brother and his friends a different value than what they told my ! Or even according to the branch location. When I was in mejawra there was no minimum charge but when I was in mohandesein branch as soon as I got my laptop out the waiter decided that there would be a minimum charge out of nowhere, she was afraid I will be sitting there not ordering anything, so what the...?!

Great coffee shop with super sweet stuff

I couldn’t climb the stairs to the second floor and that was the beginning, I had to choose a table next to the door, the staff was unprofessional, noisy and a bit rode, the first floor is where most of the staff gather to chats, obviously they didn’t care that some customers sit next to them and continue to chat and laugh and call each other’s names and curses loudly, I had to leave after few minutes without ordering anything, they didn’t care.

Gamet el dewal branch is horrible....been there yesterday and got told to pay 150 minimum charge...and the waiter was very aggressive and rude. They treat Arabs and customers from khalij much better...shame on them.
