No one answering the phone for 3 days Im trying every time more than 15 min no respond

Massive office .. 1.5 people working .. management dont care .. dont bother calling .. if you are lucky you might be on hold for 40 mins .. but dont bother the line will disconnect after 10 seconds ..an embarrassment

I had a bad experience with emirates airlines they didnt inform me of canceling my travel route through Taiwan Airport until I reached airport I found out there

Very poor & disrespectful Customer service, Mohamed Essam in Cairo Customer Services closed the line while I’m talking after I waited for 1.30 hours (on 17/8 at 11.15) and he didn’t bother to solve my problem. He also kept interrupting me and was very disrespectful. Shame on you Emirates for hiring poor staff!

Why no one is answer you are the worst among emirates worldwide Egypt team doesn’t work , it’s shows it your website that your office should be open on Saturday but you close and no sander calls becouse you don’t want to work 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

They told me no refund then issued me a travel voucher and they say I have to wait 12onths to refund it, so they use my money for 12 months they I can use it, while they have no flights I am supposed to use the travel voucher, I never expected they treat there loyal gold customers like that, will never fly Emirates again

The fly emirates number says they are open from 8 to 4:30..i went on today first of sep and was told they are closed from Feb due to Corona.. At least update your automated service.

Absolutely disappointing that the call center number has no one to answer customer calls. It won’t let me modify my flight and as per the app, the ticket has apparently not been paid for. This is ridiculous from a prestigious airline from Emirates.

The customer service in Cairo is very bad..and the employee has a strange style..even when I asked to transfer to the manager because of the poor service and file a complaint..and of course after waiting for a while to have to hang up..surprisingly if the manager was worse than the employee himself..and her response was strange and said he filed a complaint on the website..!!And by the way, almost the same employee, who mentioned his name in the comments, responded and complained about him...unless the names were similar...!!And it shows the Emirati fonts not reading the comments at all..!!

The service is nice and good, but a PCR test is required, although in some airlines, a PCR test is not required in the case of a vaccination certificate.
