As a girl my first priority is to feel safe when am staying alone ..and it was as safe as I wanted it to .. staff are really polite, helpful and friendly.. I wish I knew thier names to mention them but I only know amiras name .. she had a lovely spirit ❤ the hotel is in a perfect spot near to everything ..thanks u guys

Well, I would choose this hotel over any other place to stay. First of all as a girl it is safe as the people there are extremely polite and respectful which is a priority for me!It is so clean just as the fanciest and most expensive hotels and even cleaner.The staff as i mentioned polite, they can help you with whatever you need, ans they actually remember you and the things you prefer.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🥰

We were greeted immediately by a very friendly concierge, who gave us valuable tips. Contrary to other hotels, where I hear you are constantly sold something, here they are constantly offering free tea and coffee, very nice. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My comment on the hotel is that it is in a suitable place and the prices are appropriate. As for the hospitality, I met the employee, whose name is Amira, actually. I have never met people like her before in terms of her manners and her good dealings with me, in fact.

Velvet hotels deserves 5stars…i spent2days location is very good .it’s in the center in cairo.. and rooms is very clean.. i feel me in my house thanks amira ..and thanks alot to managment.

Comfortable room but a big problem: we were asked $10 to keep the luggage after check out! Unheard of! Who decided, the female staff or the management? Obviously we didnt pay!

There was no toilet seat, they did not want to fix it, they gave out dirty towels, changed them three times for even dirtier ones, with black spots. Either they bring coffee in broken mugs, or breakfast such that you cant look without tears and laughter.The toilet was not a separate room, just a partition without a roof. The faucet barely reaches the sink, because of this, there is always water on the bathroom floor. It is possible to smoke in the lobby (this is right next to our room), because of this, the entire room is smoky.
