+ Excellent location+ Good WI-FI (not fast but enough for surfing pages)+ refrigerator in room+ free pickup from airport+ breakfast- Heater. If you like to take long showers, forget. There is just enough water to wash quickly. If there are two of you, then the second will have to wait until the water heats up again.- For cleaning the room, you need to ask at the reception and leave them the key. Because the sign on the door (please clean the room) does not work.- On the tenth floor, intermittent noise from some equipment on the eleventh floor.

Located in the heart of Cairo with easy access to attractions across the city. The hotel and staff are amazing, and very helpful. They even arrange sightseeing tours which is awesome as it cuts back on the stress of booking tours. The manager Ahmed is very nice and helps with anything you will need. The food is good and the rooms have all the amenities required for a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful people, the owner always was involved in making sure were happy. He even invited us along other hotel guests to a BBQ dinner on the very nice top floor restaurant terrace. He promised to solve the shower draining system and short shower curtains. Excellent service at very affordable rate. I highly recommend the hotel. Centrally located. Perfect!!!

I booked a room for my technologically limited father for one week when he visited Cairo and he loved it so much that he told me to leave a review here. He said the hotel was clean and the owner, Ahmed, was a very nice guy who organized very affordable tours to see the pyramids among other places and also had pickup and drop off from the airport. He also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and said it was a great location. He said in terms of affordability, location, cleanliness, and customer service, 5 stars

Me and my husband Mohamed stayed here for 1 night in ramadan. The pics look great but in reality its a bit different. Kind of run down with a scary elevator. my husband did say he wouldnt stay there again. Its not worth the high price we paid for a run down suite...how ever , our tour guide that drove us around was awesome ..

We had an awesome time here Wahid and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent and the hotel was very clean. They truly went above and beyond in their service, upgrading our room for free! Great value and I would stay here again. The staff were honest and great to deal with.

This is probably like a two star hotel at best. Not that great. Very old. Breakfast is a joke-some cut up cucumbers and hardboiled eggs. They gave is the wrong rooms. We booked family suites and got something different then they claimed thats all they had.Shower is horrible. Hot water for only like one person at best. The bathroom gets flooded after each shower! Bathroom door has to be slammed shut everytime to get the lock to work.Elevator is small and looks like it was build in the 1800s and seems dangerous.Cold draft from all windows.Only thing this place has going for it is the manager Ahmed. He is awesome at setting up and coordinating anything you need. All trips, tours etc he will make it happen. And his prices are reasonable.Try and get a tour guide by the name of Mustafa. His english is excellent and hes really good.Ahmed also arranged pickup and drop off from airport.I am sure if you stayed at a nicer hotel youd easily pay double/triple for all the tour/transportation costs. If I could get this guys Ahmeds services without staying at his hotel that would be money.

Maybe 80% of our experience at this hotel was good.We had a check in time according to the hotel. We showed up maybe an hour early and they asked us to come back in an hour while allowing us to leave our bags in the lobby. However, first, they told us to just have a seat and wait. We waited and waited before we asked and they told us that we wouldn’t be going to our room just yet.Ok, miscommunication. Fine. We left and came back at the check-in time. Room not ready. They told us 15 more minutes. No problem, running a little late. Fifteen minutes there and gone, still not ready. Fifteen more minutes... frustrating, but still have some empathy with service staff.More than two hours after the published check-in time, we still haven’t check in. We literally watched three women mopping the room before they let us into the room. They were very apologetic, but it would have been nice if they were more straight forward about the waiting time since we had a schedule to stick to exploring Cairo.Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I would honestly check out either smaller places or big chains first to see if I could find a better value or more consistent service. All that said, the rooftop was nice and had a sufficient breakfast. The location was also quality nice in central Cairo near Tahrir Square. In retrospect, I feel bad that we got frustrated with them as it was clearly a family business doing their best and they wanted to give us good service. So... if you do stay here, just be ready to be patient and not be on a tight schedule.

Most Egyptian hotels have very friendly and attentive staff, but these ones were cold and unprofessional. I was not greeted warmly at reception. The first time was a young woman and the manager. They talked to each other back and forth and seemed uninterested in us. Perhaps they didnt take us seriously because we were only staying for one day. The second time I visited reception was in the evening to request my pick-up time for my taxi to the airport. The young man at reception was on his phone and also talking to a man in a leather jacket leaning against the counter. I stood by the desk waiting for him to finish. He then looked at me and said What?, like he was annoyed that I was at the desk and disturbing. I never did anything to upset these employees. I was calm and quiet. When I spoke to him about my taxi to the airport, he was confused. The man in the leather jacket helped us, and then got on the phone to speak to his manager, and the told me the taxi is confirmed. I didnt know he was an employee, but he was a lot more helpful than the young man at the reception. The most professional employees were the porters. They were polite and attentive. The driver who took us to the airport turned out to be the same man in the leather jacket. He drove us in a car with no seatbelts, and the way they drive in Egypt, I was worried that if we got into an accident, we wouldnt survive.... but at least he was respectful to us and didnt treat us like garbage like the other employees. The room was what we expected. They could only get us a room with one bed (we requested two beds) since we checked in a bit early and its all they had. They laughed when we said were OK with one bed (once again, not professional). However, we were only given one towel (I had to ask the cleaners for another one). The bathroom has a shower stall surrounded by a short curtain that doesnt even reach the ground. Therefore, water ends up all over the floor and makes a huge mess....I realized later this is only a one star hotel, and thats fine, because we were only staying for 13 hours during an airport transfer. But the lack of professionalism is truly appalling.

Stay away. Not worth the money. There are better $25 range hotels in Cairo (Osiris Hotel Is one of them). This one had scary elevator, uncomfortable bed, terrible bathroom, awful breakfast and lazy staff. Manager was nice but hotel doesn’t run on manager alone. Osiris a few blocks down also had scary elevator and terrible bathroom but it had nicer rooms, better breakfast and more efficient crew.

The location of the hotel is very good. You are in a walking distance from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian museum. Next to the hotel, there are one of the best restaurants in Cairo that serves Egyptian food in a very good price, Gad restaurant. Next to that restaurant you will find nice coffee shops.

I can really recommend Amin Hotel. All the stuff are very friendly and helpfull. I have only good experinces. The rooms are comfotable with nice beds and a good bathroom and everything is very clean. The breakfast is also very good. Amin Hotel have a big roofterrace that gives you something extra. You can sit up there when you need to relax after your new experinces in Cairo. Its also very nice when the weather is hot and you need some fresh air. As in many places in Cairo there is a lot of traffic so it can be a bit noise. I have also feelt welcomed in the neighborhood with its everyday life and many cafés.

1. Would be better if it had arrangement for tea or coffee in the room which most of other hotels have with same price range (630 EP).2. Lack of toiletries in the bathroom.3. Bathrooms basin mirror is fitted to high. Average hight persons face difficulties to see face.4. Hundreds of TV Channels but no English Movie Channels. Only BBC World.5. WiFi is poor inside main room when main door is closed.6. No sleeper in the room. No mini Towels in Toilet. No tissue box in the room. No drinking glass or coffee mug in the room.7. No prayer mat in the room. Not even Qibla direction shown anywhere.8. Most importantly, no drinking water is supplied in the room. It had to be purchased. Unbelievable.9. Digital locker didnt work.10. Last but not the least, if room key is removed from the lighting slot, electricity for the whole room is switched off that includes refrigerator. So any food kept inside the freeze would get spoiled if electricity is off for long.10. Very impressive decorative room.11. Two big screen TVs.12. Two ACs.13. Big Refrigerator.14. Poor breakfast with no water or juice.15. Must take care of the lift. The lift front side metal doors must be engineered to avoid accident which may any time occur.

A clean and quiet hotel inside the hotelAll thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to the hotel manager, Mr. Alaa and Mr. Ahmed, who work hard to serve the guest and all the workers, Ashraf, Taha, Kamal and everyone....... They are very respectful and have high morals in dealing with the guest and their prices are very, very acceptable. I wish them success and the best, God willing. A guest with them for five days, and I extended the stay because of the good treatment I saw for another weekWhoever visits the hotel will not regret its location in the city center next to Tahrir Square and all the shops are very close to those who wanted to shop

Cheap budget hotel one star I took a room containing 3 single beds and 1 double bed with breakfast 50 dollars including taxes The room is enough for 5 peopleBreakfast consists of eggs, falafel, cheese, eggplant, jam and hot drinks onlyClean To be honest, the room I took is clean, overlooking the street. All hotel rooms have a view of the city from different anglesPraise be to God, there are no unpleasant odors, the mattress and pillows are clean, and there are no lumps of cotton or anything else, or falling in the bed, or insects or leakage in the bathroomIt has a shower and a heaterThe picture I saw on Booking was the same for meI had a mess in booking bookings, and their word would correct the situation. They were very cooperative, from Professor Ashraf, the receptionist, to the young people, Essam and Abdel Azim, and on top of them, Professor Alaa, the owner of the hotel. We were greeted and greeted as if we were in a 5-star hotelA beautiful and different experience. The hotel is on the main street in a corner in Bab Al-Louk, around which everything is almostThe hotel is a group of floors starting from the seventh to the eleventh onlyWe walked with our feet, next to Tahrir Square, and from the other side, Talaat Harb Shopping StreetAnd a money exchange shop, the exchange was very excellentFrankly, I highly recommend it to those who travel economically and were family or young people and would not prefer to live in youth hostels

Room 705. The hotel does not correspond to 3 stars. There is 1 towel per person in the room, no kettle, no glasses and other necessary utensils and plates. The room is dirty, the curtains are dusty and the bedside tables are stained. For three they put 1 gel and 1 shampoo, 1 soap. For the 3rd day, they never cleaned up and did not take out the trash. Wi-fi is very unstable. On the day of check-in and on the day of departure, he was not in the room at all. Of the 3 suggested excursions, only the trip to the pyramids was successful, but with its own nuances. The guide brought you to the shops, where they would gladly take you out for money. The excursions to the museum were unsuccessful. the hotel did not submit documents to the police about the upcoming excursions, as it should be in Egypt, and as a result, wasted money and time. A boat trip on the Nile is also very conditional, so you shouldnt spend money on it. Breakfast at the hotel is absolutely Egyptian and monotonous, you can eat, but the pleasure is so-so. The staff do not speak English either in the dining room or cleaning the rooms. Only the manager at the reception can communicate fluently in English, and the car drivers.

The treatment is very bad from the hotel management, especially the reception. They are only concerned with collecting money and not for the comfort of the guest.. Prices are expensive and vary according to the condition of the customer and not the condition of the room. There is no interest or response to your requests except by paying the money and the tip.
