Its a nice place to stay in downtown,the room was very clean and the service was perfect,the stuff was kind and generous,I enjoyed my stay and Ill recommend it

I recently stayed there.One thing to keep in mind that this is a budget hostel.Attached is a pic for the entrance as it’s a bit tricky.If you are looking for a good place to spend the night with Air condition and a clean bathroom, then it will be good enough, although bathroom plumbing might need maintenance in some rooms.I didn’t rely on their breakfast it’s a hostel.I didn’t care for the entrance or the old building it’s a hostel.Also bring your own towel and toothbrush.over all for the price, it’s not a bad experience, especially in a short notice where other options might not be available

Originally I had given Sufi 3 stars, that was in the middle of my stay, the remaining of my stay there, it went downhill quick,loss of power several times, repairs to the water heater in my bathroom from 9:40 PM until 11:00 PM, completely unacceptable, spend a little more and get a pleasant stay somewhere else.

Not worth the money at all. Here are my detailed reasons.First of all the hostel is in a really shady place. On the 4th floor of a small building which looks really suspicious in the first glance. The whole building is really dirty with garbage lining the floors.The hostel itself is in a bad condition and not well kept at all. The common sitting area is really dirty and not cleaned. The walls are smeared with smudged and other stains.The rooms itself are not that well cleaned. Towels that they provide are not thoroughly washed and stink a little. Only one small soap is provided in the bathroom. The WC leaks and the floor is all watery after one use. The windows of the rooms open up to an area full of mosquitos. I encountered one resident today who had mosquito bites all over her face and was sick because of that.Even if you decide to stay at this place please dont eat anything from their kitchen. Its in an extremely bad condition. They use freaking laundry detergent powder to clean the dishes.Lastly the management. They seem quite friendly and accommodating and promise you to resolve all your issues during the trip. At the end they do nothing but try to console you with lies. I made the mistake of booking a tour with them. Their driver took me to an expensive restaurant and ordered everything without my consent when I wasnt present. Ate with me. And the bill came out to be 500 EGP. I had to pay for the driver and myself and the management lied that the driver eats free from the restaurant. So please be wary of that.Overall I would NOT recommend to stay here. You can find a lot better places to live within same price range.

When you want to live in downtown Cairo, popular areas and shop from Sherif Street, Adly Street, 26th of July, and close to Talaat Harb Square, Tahrir Square and Qasr El Nil Corniche, this pension is a good choice. It is not a hotel, but rather an apartment on the fourth floor in a very old building. It is a one-star inn that I stayed in for 5 nights for 700 Saudi riyals. Booked by booking.. I stayed in a room and a private bathroomThe room contains 4 beds and has a small balcony overlooking a side street. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is hot water in the bathroom, there is a blanket and a small wardrobe. There is no mirror or dresser. The bed is comfortable. Some rooms smell of cigarettes. You must check the room. I do not recommend having breakfast in the hotel because you have to wait between From 9 to 11 in the morning, then they serve you 2 Samoli loaves with two pieces of luncheon and triangle cheese, unless your financial situation does not allow. There is no baggage service and no sign indicating the place, but you go up yourself.Directly in front of the pension, there is a shop for Al-Abed confectioners, and there is an Akram Gad shop that sells a luxurious falafel sandwich for 3 pounds, as well as all kinds of pies and shawarma. Hawawshi Shalaby and King of the Liver and there are many cafes around the pension. The building is not clean enough in the entrance and it is very old and the elevator is old and somewhat scary, but you will adapt to the situation. There is no clear sign for the pension. But the room is clean. It is located on the fourth floor of a building where Dr. Adel Mahmoud clinic is located on Sharif Street and in front of the side gate of Al-Abed Sweets, 26th of July Branch. The pension is not suitable for those who like tranquility. A 10-minute walk away, there is a CIB currency exchange machine in Mostafa Kamel Square. You dont need a card. You just enter 00 and then your Egyptian phone number. I advise you to take a slice of the countrys shops 10 GB 170 Egyptian pounds. You must have 25 US dollars with you. The first time you enter Cairo airport, you take the visa before the passport counter, you meet the bank counter. in front of you. And happy trip. Important alert: Electric sockets slots are with two slots, not three. Make your account to bring suitable coupons so that you can charge the mobile. Bring a clothes iron with you. There is no ironing service nearby.

A bit noisy being in the central cairo area, but also comfortable. price to benefit ratio is ok. They will try to sell you all the imaginable tours possible, ponder well and maybe tour travel agency for comparison.

Good establishment located inside a building where the entrance does not always give a good impression. And where the elevator does not work. But if you are an adventurer or a student or a couple who does not want too much comfort, but just a discreet, quiet and air-conditioned place to sleep in the city center, with a fairly limited budget is the ideal for you.

For a hostel, its kind of ... acceptable. However there are some repairs to point out, such as cleaning, breakfast that was not consistent except for eggs always being part, as well as ordering breakfast at 8 am and arriving just an hour later. Apart from that, the location is good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Good dining options on the outskirts.
