I stayed in that hotel with my son (7 years old ) 4 days and 5 nights.Very safety and nice place.Its not hotel actually , its hostel but so quite and lovely...I booked King room with sofa bed and private bathroom.People who works there are so nice and friendly, ready to help you in any moment.When I ordered pizza to our room for delivery I had got complimentary beverages ( 2 glasses of Coca cola ) immediately 😊🌞 from hotel and complimentary cake later when I had problems with payment online ...It was so cute ❤️😊. They really want to make your staying comfortable in their place and do everything for that! Thanks 👍👍 so much ❤️❤️❤️.The room and bathroom was very very very clean.👍👍👍Its rare for Cairo !! The bed and pillows with blanket was so comfy for sleeping.You can buy a water and beverages with snacks outside in kiosk that located just in front of the hotel .I ordered food online on Talabat application during my staying there with alot of options for food and grocery.Some restaurants and cafes are very near to the Abdeen palace hotel ,so you will get your delivery during 20-60 minutes.I recommend Abdeen palace hotel ( hostel ) for solo travelers or for travelers with kids.Its safety and clean place in Downtown with good price.

StrengthsVery good location, next to the metro, restaurants, shops.Good size room, very comfortable bed.Hearty breakfast, very tasty, made to order and served on a tray in the room.Friendly and helpful staff. Almost everyone at reception speaks English.I closed the tour from Aswan to Luxor with them all inclusive (transport, guides, cruise, balloon ride etc) for an excellent price and good quality. Throughout every day Ashraf kept in touch with me to see if everything was ok. When I needed help, he helped us. We had all the necessary support even from a distance.On the last day of our stay at the hotel in Cairo, we had a personal problem, we were very sad, he offered to help us as much as possible and even gave us 3 boxes of Arabic sweets. It made all the difference in our day. Ashraf is a person with a very good heart.Negative pointThere could have been a shower or curtain in the bathroom, which would get all wet after showering. The bed blanket is synthetic, unchangeable, breakfast is only a continent, but they ran to us and brought an Egyptian one. The staff is very nice, found a room without noise. The door to the toilet is plastic and everything is wobbly, so-so place, but we were simply left to leave a review. Downstairs is a local tea shop. The centennial elevator is very impressive. For rest, not really, for a cororite, thats it. The staff is excellent +, the quality of the environment is C grade.

I think the price of the room on Booking is somewhat exaggerated by the owner of the hotel (the hostel) especially that he does not serve breakfast, but what made my stay wonderful in this place is the feeling of safety and cleanliness as if I were at home, I stayed three weeks in the place, the staff is a professor Saber Ahmed, and Walt Samah Umm Youssef, they were very kind, friendly and cooperative, they were ready to do anything to make you feel comfortable, all services are easy and available due to the unique location of the place, Mr. Saber does not leave you feeling any discomfort or problem, he has a sense of humor and patience and I think He performs the work tasks of more than one person, all greetings and appreciation to them, and good luck always
