Amru is a nice and friendly guy! He’s had this shop for many years and has lots of experience in making papyrus paintings and perfumes. If you need an authentic souvenir, present or a painting for your wall this is a nice place to go to!

Amro is a friendly and helpful guy. He helped us with buying a gas bomb in Cairo which would be a difficult task even for Chuck Norris. In his shop, you will find just about everything, oils, natural products and even traditional clothes. I am almost sure he could get you a Sudanese camel if you ask him and he would somehow smuggle it to your plane. Thanks Amro for your help and hospitality 🙂

Amazing shop!! Amro was so wonderful. I was sitting outside and he brought me a chair just so I wouldnt sit on the curb (apparently these curbs are used for nefarious things at night unbeknownst to me) we chatted a while and I found out he owned a shop nearby. He has amazing products at a better price than anywhere I saw in Cairo. If youre in this area and looking for authentic handmade stuff go see Amro!! Even if youre just looking to chat with someone who speaks english and have some tea go see Amro. I will definitely come back here if I get back to Egypt.
