What a delicious dessert.. it is intimidating at start when your see it on the table, but its totally worth it.May not be recommended to have darkly, but once in a while it shouldnt be that bad
Worst disgusting experience ever, cleanliness level is damn low, El Qonbella the bomb it is a mix of fruits, juice and eastern sweets and cream was really an awful experience 😖 in the culture I came from they say eyes eat before mouth and that was a terrible visual experience.
More than amazingThe konbela is so yummyIt has basboosa, konafa, rice pudding, mango juice, strawberry juice, some fruit slices and cream 😋👌10/10 definitely
The most amazing desert youll ever have ...one of Cairo best secret
They invented the konbela and it is so good there ask for one without fruits its much better
The food is good but i dont like HIGH sugar food uknow
The first and main branch. Gad st.Still have a good taste of milk products.
Good quality food but bad customer service as the employees are always unwelcoming and rude
Good dessert on side street. Very popular place that should be discovered for great milk based dessert.
Great local desserts and dairy products shop. Very crowded though.
I dont understand the hype people have for this place, its ok
Great taste, open 24/7, delivery is also available around the clock and is cheap
Very nice konafa and koktel
Great drinks and desserts but in so bad place
This place doesnt even worth a single star. Its supposed to be a dessert shop. Staff are not professional at all. Food quality is really poor. We tried four different dishes and we all dislike them maybe (Om Ali with konafa) is acceptable. Dining area needs a lot of improvements. No parking area try not to go there by your own car. This place is a very crowded.
Best dessert there, only problem is that the place is super crowded
If this aint the worst dessert place Ive been to, its gotta be the most overrated. The quality isnt bad but they have no sense of what sweets goes with what in their mixes. This is especially apparent in their konbela which was an absolute mess. In more than one way too; they make them in batches, with zero care. The staff are generally unprofessional, and some of them are downright rude. Like, actively rude. The place is also way too noisy and is the preferred spot for multiple beggars that literally harass everybody who enters the place.Overall awful experience.
I tried konbela in different places before and wasnt abig fan till i tried the one in el karnak it blew my mind how amazing it is and putting it in must try eats for anyone! Side note order ur konbela with extra cream totally wont regret it beyond expectations.
A very good taste named bomb in english or qonbla in Egyptian language i recommend you to try it if you in cairo
Milk very nice and cheaperA lot of desserts very sweet,,Some dessert is not very sweet and i like it
Nice desserts, fruits, ice-cream and milkshake.
Good, fresh fruits salad
It was so good and tasty, i will try to tast it again as soons as i can. The fruits was frish and even the Cream was perfect. ✌️⭐
Enjoy the ice cream and all dairy products. You must try Konbila (the Pomp).. Amazing 👍Prices is good. The location is in the old market of sayeda Zainab it is old.Parking in this area is not easy so you will need to find a parking near the place and walk a little bit. The whole experience is very good to people who like to try new things. With the historical nature of the area you will enjoy the eat and the view.
The traditional konbela is something that they are famous for, if you like deserts, this will cheer you upAnother very sepcial plates is om ali and basbosa with castard
Well known sweets shop and a famous destination for local sweets especially konbella;in Arabic it means the bomb, yes hahaha. It contains fruits, mango juice, syrup, wet cake and a heavy cream topping. I dare you to eat it all! Worth trying.
Famous for sweet dairy products and pastries like rice pudding, basbossa, konafa, baklava and not to forget the Bomb that consists of fruit salad, double cream, basbossa, konafa and other ingredients. A Bombs because its high in fat, sugar and calories . Must be tried at least once . Recommended.
Over rated pastry place
The desserts are goodPrices are moderate tooBut the staff isnt friendlyThe place isnt classySeatings arent goodNo available car parkings
They have to improve their cleanliness to match the good taste
The atmosphere is good but food quality is really poor. Doesn’t look or taste good at all. OVERRATED
Mouth watery anti-depression anti-diet food variety, the signature bowl elkobela is the bomb is a cocktail of several sweet ingredients, so much for some people but one in a life time experience, unforgettable 😆
Great experience with the rice pudding oven grilled with fresh cream on top
Nice but not the best
The Qonbela here is soooo tasty! Its a mix of fresh fruit and dairy. There were flies around which was a little annoying, but the taste more than made up for it! (the decoration in the picture might have been temporary)
Five stars for the taste , its amazing and weird at the same time especially the bomb ,The only problem is the cleanup for the place , its dirty but i think its okay for a place like this .. i recommend it for the people hwo like to try new things
Delicious desserts and fair price
Actually I wasnt impressed at all.Thought it would have been much more tasty...!

أعظم قنبلة في الدنياHave the biggest dose of sweets all over the country, and his own invention, the very famous Bomb.
It is good, very famous, crowded most of the time especially weekend, no parking space available nearby.
High quality dairy products at very good prices
The most famous place for the bomb dessert , its a mix of fruits, local dessert and cream.. a must while visiting Cairo
Lovely tasty “qonbla” very nice stuff , they keep it clean as much as they can , friendly place and awesome service 💖
Nice clean place to visit.
Nice day
Its a very special and famous dessert place in Cairo. Its located in the old Sayeda Zeinab neighborhood. Its famous for a dish called bomb, It is a combination of fruits with mango juice with cream and two kinds of Eastern sweets (basbousa and kanafeh), The taste is very distinctive and unforgettable. The shop offers all kinds of juices, Eastern sweets, crème caramel and other sweets.
Local desert with suitable price
Very awful desserts except the rice pudding
A freakin Qonbla fruit salad order .. i dare you can eat one, especially with extra cream! A monster level of calories. They also have a punch of milk products, sweets, recipes or you can buy fresh milk too.You needto go earlier, like st 9 or 10 am to ensure that your order is as fresh as possible
Delicious desert , the right place if u wanted to try a local simple place for a change , not that good service or cleaning level .. but its okay .. the food tools are clean but not the tables and so .. but its fun anyway and the desert was reaaalllly delicious !
Very Crowd , Fresh dessert, it tastes very good.
Tasty, low price, fast and has a various menu
Fresh products .. Qunbila is a good mix of oriental sweets (Roz belaban -basbosa- konafa - banana & apple slides -mango &strawberry concentreted juice- Keeshdaa) you shouldnt miss it .. one of the good things i saw and should be praised while i was orderring .. they make launch meals and distribute for poors everyday.
I love it
Karnak is one of the famous food places for heavy desert. If you are not used to too much sugar 😉 take care. Enjoy your experience in Cairo by adding Karnak to ur list. Not recommended for people who does not like heavy desert or sugar rush in their bodies.
Very good
Not like old timesThere other places better than it
At the date 25th October there was no cold refrigerator water offered like they used to offer before
It used to be a pretty good place to grab something sweet to eat specially konbela but now its overpriced and they decreased the quantity and quality if you are not near there you shouldnt go you will just waste your time and money
They have a great mystery sweet thang called Qonbla
Alot if crowd at weekendsHelp your self .. take your order and go to any tableReasonable prices and good qualityIf its your first time make sure to try(Kombela) and (omm ali)
The dessert is good but the workers needs to be more professionals when dealing with such number of people
The Oldest place in Egypt can make a ( qonbela ) Which contains all kinds of fruit, juices and oriental sweets in the same dish &
A good place to eat delicious types of sweet and distinctive desserts that appeal to a very large number of people...👌
It tastes good as usual but now its too expensive and the serve is a bit little than before
Tasty products specially komblaService is too Bad, crowded place.I dont recommend it for families, if only take away
Used to be much better in qualityAs for the environment, not human
Some nice choices. All dairy based. Theres also some choices that are not so nice. Worth trying
You will eat the best sweets from there and always ready 😋😍
For sweets lovers.. it serves Roz bl labn *rice mixed with milk* and crème caramel which is same like the bidding
So sweet when you eat it you feel real joy will laugh alot loudly 😂😂really it makes you more than happy
This place is famous for fruit salad is called bomb because it mixed with cream, basbosa & konafa.
The bomb will explode in your stomachs from magnificence
Taste is very good but not clean as usual
El Konbela is a delicious dessert. Its mostly fruit sluices mixed with mango juice with medium size pieces of Basboussa and maybe Konafa. Cream on top and Custard as a bottom. Downside is low cleanness of the Konbela and the place.
Our legendary dessert!
