I am saying this with full of hurts and sadness that since past few days I have gone through much trouble and problems with money transfer service from the united bank Egypt which had been sent for over 11 days and I am still could not collect the money due to some problems in uremit service . I contacted via telephone calls for several times most of them in waiting nobody picked up the call however was able to speak twice with them and was told to be contacted within 1/2 working days on behalf bank agents , it also didn’t happen . finally trying to withdraw the money and resend it via a different bank or systems . rarely have experienced such bad service like this also never hoped such these things for a bank which performs a big duty for its customers by providing public services
I am really disappointed to this bank I try to change my dollar and the machine is from DUSIT THANI HOTEL,I did not get my dollar and I try to call them operator no one answer and I report to the MANAGER ON DUTY of the hotel and they say just drop by any near United Bank to assist us.We go here in Helwan Abdullah Basya but they did not assist us and they send us again to the operator....So whos the one we will talk if some incident happen like this... I hope there an action about this

The waiting period is very long, and in more than one branch as well. Every time when I go to spend his money, I wait for a period of no less than two hours, and during this period, clients are served no more than two or three jobs only, knowing that there is no pressure or a problem with many clients, and this is especially in the money exchange service.
The worst bank possible anyone can deal with because they have increased the cost of service three times without trying to contact us
