Good location in Tahrir Square.Burger was good but fries were cold. Staff really dont hurry to serve you.

I ordered a combo meal but they didn’t give me the drink and I just realized that after leaving the area 🙃 it was a takeaway order. Better review ur order before leaving. Yet, I love the the burger taste and the fries 🍟

Bad staff, not so fresh food.I am disappointed from this service in an important place like Tahrir square.

The potatoes looks like they cooked what was left from day before. The space small and materials they use for cleaning are with terrible smell (i think from dirty)

Food is neutral.Place is not so cozy.But if youre hungry, it should be fine.

The food was delicious but the filling Pepsi cup was twice the price of a regular canned Pepsi from a regular grocery store and they didnt inform me about the price before the check the order they should inform the customer they have a lot of turist in egypt not every one knows the prices as a foreigner but the food was exceptional compering to other fast food franchise.

The place is so small and staff is so unprofessional to handle orders on time ..

What the hell happened to this place!? It used to be one of my favorites, but the place is becoming awfull over time. There are no sanitary precautions whatsoever and flies are basically dinning with you, the service became way slower than it used to be and the ambiance is just not how it used to be overall.The food tasted well despite the above aforementioned facts though.

Fast food what do you expect

This is the famous star combo medium. Quality’s good.

The quality of food became worse now, the curly fries with the cheddar tasted bad and too expensive for nothing, the curly fries with cheddar although its size was medium but its very big, why dont you make it smaller and cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the burger was good, but the place is not clean at all, it looks so dirty, the tables are not cleaned, flies every where, the ceiling is almost grey and the corners as well. There is also a big lack of waiters in the place and that causes the problem. The prices are too expensive for this quality of food.

Extremely bad.I went to the restaurant by my self to order hence i had alot of mistakes in the previous orders.I ordered 3 ostora offer i asked for two offers beef only and one normal + 1 golden bits chkn i repeated the order to the staff twice and one more time when she was giving the order . When i went home it was 4 beef sandwiches and 8 chkn + the chkn bites is not there imagine I order and pay for it then itsnot there.Its fraud on purpose.Lat time to order from there not recommended at allMy order was at 5.9.2020 at 16:55 pmMy bill number is : 1505390 check: 42

Food is nice but a little bit expensive

Food is OK, service is fine, washrooms are really bad (very tight, only one for males and one for females, not well maintained and not regularly cleaned). The whole place is very small and too crowded.

Given the location so close to probably one of the worlds most important museums & the famous Tahrir square , they should hire more english speaking staff.It may very well be the shift I came in contact with & had to wait for someone from Backoffice to come and communicate.Rest was all good, no issues with the food and delivery... everything was super!!!

I witnessed a manager screaming at a teenage boy who works there. Right out in the open. All because while entering the restaurant the boy told him he needed to take a call. The worst Hardees branch Ive ever been to. The staff were depressing and rude although I cant blame them because they get treated like dirt by the manager and are severely underpaid. The burger was burnt around the edges and almost raw in the middle. The toppings were sad. Also the restaurant is so tiny and cramped and dirty. Dont go there.

They have a good quality for their products. But their prices are a little bit expensive in contrast with their peers.As you can see, they are a fast food restaurant, so so that you will found a variety of sandwiches which you can choose in different ways between.

Im from the West and I know what fast food is really like. I decided to try Hardees here in Cairo because Ive never heard of it and I thought it was the Egyptian version of Carls Jr.Let me tell you, I tried the Famous Burger and it was probably The Best fast food burger Ive had in a very very long time. You cant compare this burger to the diarrhea - inducing and overrated McDonalds burgers. Hardees burgers are simply amazing. I went back 3x during my 10 day stay in lovely Cairo. The service was good and the restaurant was always clean.I wouldve never guessed that the best fast food burger is in Cairo.

Told employee/waiter I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and he abruptly tells me “it’s coming”. 30 minutes later I had to go to the front and tell them I’ve been waiting half an hour then boom I got my order in seconds. What the hell?

Dirty tables, cold burgers and leaky air-conditioner.... you get the gist.

The cola wasnt good, wasnt cold, and was weirdly sugary. The sandwich we ordered was of a moderate taste.
