Better than a lot of other branches, but sometimes you find trainers unhelpful. In my opinion, a lot of other gym brands are taking place nowadays..

Im an old customer, stopped going there cause of the bad air conditioning system and unhygienic place.Was promised that the new management fixed all issues and changed the old cranky noisy machines! Which was not the case! I went in a tour and the machines i was offered to try were not the ones i found available for usage after i renewed my membership and went! I actually had to wait for every machine to use(the new good ones) and that ruined my whole exercise! Plus the non cleanliness!! Very not recommended!!!

The name says it all, plenty of machines, dedicated area for ladies the whole day, different subscriptions based on need, open area for training, and more....however some machines need maintenance

Very low class trainers at Ladies zone especially Rasha .. they always shout Load ..we are not allowed to touch our mobiles during class otherwise the coaches will aggressively yell at us ..r we still at sixth grade school here?!!Plus they r not professional at all ..i had so many injuries after their instructions..they play with heavy weights so fast that we have to follow and harm ourselves otherwise we are not doing good according to their perspective!! Idiots

The stuff are friendly and the equipment is new the showers are clean, steam, sauna, gakozi, woman training area..

The locker area is not clean, most of the locker are not working, poor management response to client complaints.Very professional trainers.

Good location, bad machines and classes.

My experience in this gym 10 months , whenever you hear golds gym, supposed to find a quality of everything as it’s not a small name, this place deprived all the good equipments to make a good target, all equipments are too old may be for more than 10 years back, mirrors in ladies area are broken, not clean specially the ladies area, many complaints about the bad smells there, one of the coaches called Nour Alhoda needs to learn how to deal with clients, bad attitude, high voice,, unprofessional at all , finally the admission there are the worst in dealing with inner issues with their clients, millions of complaints to fix the broken and the stopped machines or the muscle equipments but no any use. By the end they give me back the 2 months and as i have also 2 months as bonus from their salesman they refused to pay them back to me , i dont recommend to anyone to go there, i wish if Golds gym international see my message and check all my complaints, it’s really shame to hold big name for such mess and unprofessionally. #goldsgyminternational #goldgymoctober

Its a good place, I got amazing spinning and weight fitness class with Captain Chicco, it really recommend to try this class

Very bad ventilation, old machines some don’t even work , heart rate option on treadmills doesn’t work !!! I enrolled for one day and when I tried to cancel my membership they stalled so I won’t get my money !
