Perfect location, close to all the stores you may need during your stay and some great food. Very friendly and welcoming staff, who are more than happy to assist you with anything. Ashraf, the hotel manager was very kind and extremely willing to help us with whatever we needed. Ashraf was very professional and very accommodating to our needs, he made sure our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast served here is delicious with an option of having an omelet made. Lunch is also offered; however, I did not get the chance to try it. But I am certain based on how well breakfast and dinner are that lunch here is just as delicious. The dinner served here is amazing, there’s fresh pasta cooked on a live station that was delicious each time I had it. And the main dish options for each night change but always seem to stay just as enticing every night. Overall, this was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
Nice place i was put in a section of the hotel that was just built the downside if it though was that I had to walk around other buildings not associated with them just to get to the front office or the pool. Bassem who works the front desk was great answered any and all questions I may have had. Ahmed the house keeper was FANTASTIC! always on point was always there when you needed him and always made sure we had what we needed honestly he should be promoted to management. Only negative part if I had to say would be that they are over priced especially for the area.
Perfect location, as its in the center of the city. The rooms are clean and cosy. The food is pretty good. Good value for money!

Its the best and only hotel in the industrial city,its not a holiday destination. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are only three problems I have with the hotel are the opening hours of the restaurant, there is only a 2 hour window for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is fine for breakfast but terrible for the evening meal because you often get back from work late and dont want to go out for food the only things you can get after hours are from the mini bar of which consists of snickers and crisps, the evening meal is a buffet which isnt very good but edible and extremely over price, probably because the hotel think they can charge European prices, you can go out for a decent meal in restaurants close by for half the price and actually enjoy it, my biggest problem is no bar and no where local to buy alcohol, they have no problem with drink in the hotel but you have to source it before you get close to the city.

I recently stayed at the Mirita Hotel 10th of Ramadan whilst visiting Egypt.The hotel is a business hotel with good facilities and excellent helpful staff.The staff and the general manager Mr Ahmed did everything possible to ensure my stay was a comfortable as possible.I would like to make a special mention regarding Mr Moustafa, he and Mr Ahmed helped me enormously when my phone needed to be replaced during my stay.They arranged transport and a driver to take me to the local phone shop then actually accompanied me in the shop whilst I bought another phone.Nothing was too much trouble.The Hotel tries its best to accommodate a western quisine while serving up local dishes as well.The bedrooms can vary in design and size but myself had no problems with all of the rooms that I stayed in during my 3 months I was there.The pool is small but very clean and functional for that early morning dip or after work for a refreshing swim before dinner.A small games room is available for a game of pool or table football in the evening as you wind down after work.The Hotel also has a gym and sauna should you wish to burn a few calories off after dinner.On the whole it is a functional, clean and very friendly hotel which is run in a very professional manner by its very approachable general manager Mr Ahmed, well done mirita Hotel.

Already on arrival noticed that everything looks very clean and tidy. Staff was always very friendly and available at any time (manager speaks German). The rooms are very comfortable and have a very nice bathroom. The hotel restaurant offers very good food, whether its a breakfast buffet or dinner. Gladly again!
